The company completes these examinations with its independent public accounting firm twice per year to support our customers with various year-end calendars. The examination is accessible to customers and their financial statement auditors.

The SOC 1, or System and Organization Controls report, was developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The report serves as an examination of controls at a service organization relevant to user entities’ internal control over financial reporting. LeaseQuery completes the examination of controls under the SOC 1 Type 2 AICPA standards with an independent public accounting firm.
