MSIG Holdings (U.S.A.), Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the MS & AD Insurance Group Holdings, Inc., the managing company for insurance companies located in the United States. The company needed a better system for organizing their leases in one place as they prepared to comply with the new accounting standard, ASC 842.
