What does a rebrand mean?

Our company name is changing from LeaseQuery to FinQuery. We’re evolving and expanding our focus to help your clients get better insights into their contract and spend intelligence. Read more: finquery.com/why-finquery

Yes. Our website will be finquery.com

Do our clients need a FinQuery account?

No. Their account will stay as is. They will not lose any data or see any changes to their account, other than product and company logos.
If you are a LeaseQuery Managed Service Partner, this applies to you as well.

Is the Partner Portal changing?

No. For now you’ll still login at partners.finquery.com
LeaseQuery

As a LeaseQuery user, do they log in to LeaseQuery or FinQuery?

They will still log in to LeaseQuery at https://secure.leasequery.com. While our company name is changing to FinQuery, our flagship lease accounting product will still be named LeaseQuery. They will see this reflected in the product logo: LeaseQuery Powered by FinQuery.
If you are a LeaseQuery Managed Service Partner, this applies to you as well.

What does this mean for my clients as a LeaseQuery user?

  • They’ll need to whitelist @finquery.com email addresses to continue receiving critical date alerts and support ticket updates. (Their IT department can help with this.)
    • You also need to whitelist @finquery.com so you continue to receive critical updates from your CPM/PSM, the Partner Portal, the product, and more.
  • Their lease accounting compliance is not affected. The tool isn’t changing.
  • We’re now offering you even more tools to help your clients have better insights into their contracts. Check out FinQuery Software Management and FinQuery Contract Management.
  • If you are a LeaseQuery Managed Service Partner, this applies to you as well.

StackShine

As a StackShine user, do they log in to StackShine or FinQuery?

StackShine is being rebranded to FinQuery Software Management. For now, they’ll continue to log in at stackshine.io/login. We’ll let you know when that changes.

What does this mean for my clients as a StackShine user?

  • The product is now FinQuery Software Management.
  • They’ll need to whitelist @finquery.com email addresses to continue receiving critical updates. (Their IT department can help with this.)
    • You also need to whitelist @finquery.com so you continue to receive critical updates from your CPM/PSM, the Partner Portal, the product, and more.
  • Their software and spend management remain the same. More exciting updates to improve the experience are coming!

Does this have any impact on our contract with LeaseQuery?

No. We are continuing as the same legal entity, just with a different name. No merger or other business combination transaction has occurred; therefore, there is no assignment of your contract.

Is the Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) changing as part of the rebrand?

No, our FEIN remains the same, unaffected by the name change.

Who should I make payments to following the company name change from LeaseQuery, LLC to FinQuery, LLC?

If possible, starting from 2/8/2024, please make all ACH or check payments to “FinQuery, LLC.”

Will the bank still accept payments addressed to LeaseQuery, LLC to your account?

Yes, our bank will continue to accept payments addressed to LeaseQuery, LLC to our account.

How does the name change affect the Form W-9?

Effective 2/8/2024, our Form W-9 will be updated to reflect the name change to “FinQuery, LLC,” while the FEIN remains unchanged. We will provide an updated W-9 along with your next invoice or you can download a copy here.

When will invoices reflect the new name?

Invoices dated starting 2/8/2024 will display the updated name, “FinQuery, LLC.”

Did the Company’s bank account information or payment instructions change with the name change?

Other than the change in our name, our bank account information and payment instructions remain the same; they were not affected by the name change. See instructions here.
