During this session, our lease accounting expert, Jaron Moss, briefly reviews the requirements for ongoing lease accounting under ASC 842 and presents the key features and functionalities available in software providing value to your organization beyond compliance.

We will discuss potential concerns to be aware of when using Excel for lease accounting and cover how the right software can support internal controls, improve efficiency, and provide cost-saving benefits to your company. This presentation will also include a comprehensive example of a lease modification within the accounting framework of ASC 842. Finally, Jaron will review how an integrated lease accounting solution can simplify the ongoing accounting and processing of leases for the whole company.
