FAQs
Do I need to have any prior experience with FinQuery’s prepaid/accrual accounting module?
Not at all! This workshop is designed to be accessible to users of all levels. Our presenters will guide you through the solution step-by-step.
What if I don't have any invoices or contracts readily available?
That’s okay! While we encourage you to bring your own documents to get the most out of the hands-on experience, it’s not required. We will be using sample contracts/invoices that will be made available to you that you can follow along with.
When does the 7-day free trial begin and end?
The trial begins the day of the workshop, March 20th, 2025 and ends on March 28th, 2025. You can enter up to 5 contracts/invoices for free during your trial period.
What happens after the 7-day free trial?
If you decide that the Prepaid & Accrual Accounting solution isn’t the right fit for you, no problem! We will simply disable the module in your LeaseQuery instance at the end of day, March 28th, with no further obligation.
How do I access the free trial?
Starting March 20th, simply log in to your LeaseQuery instance, navigate to FinQuery Contract Management within the platform and start entering an invoice or contract!

David Buchanan is a Senior Manager in the Product Accounting and Operations Department at FinQuery. His background includes experience auditing both public and private companies at Ernst & Young. David holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of Tennessee and is a licensed CPA.

Rachel Hershberger is a Lead Product Manager at FinQuery. Her focus is on LeaseQuery and FinQuery Contract Management products. Rachel started her career at Ernst & Young (EY) but has been with FinQuery since 2018. At FinQuery, Rachel works closely with the engineering team on the build out of new features and functionality. Additionally, she is constantly talking with customers and gathering feedback on how we could better serve our customers to inform our product roadmap.
