Ann Montgomery, a partner in Insero’s Technical Accounting and Advisory Services Group, has over 20 years of experience in public accounting and industry. She specializes in guiding companies through complex GAAP pronouncements, M&A, bank negotiations, and equity compensation plan conversions. Ann has extensive experience with ASC 842, including implementing it for a company with over 1,200 locations, and has a proven track record of improving financial performance, productivity, and internal controls.
