Jonathan Grimes is a dedicated and experienced accounting professional currently serving as a Technical Accounting Consultant at FinQuery (formerly LeaseQuery). Prior to this role, he held positions at FinQuery as Customer Support Manager and Manager of Customer Accounting Advisors, demonstrating a strong track record of growth and commitment. Jonathan’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Professional Accountancy from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from LaGrange College, where he was also a Presidential Student Ambassador. Earlier in his career, Jonathan gained experience as an Accounting Intern at Gay & Joseph, CPA, PC.

John Balmforth

John Balmforth is a seasoned professional with a strong background in accounting and lease accounting solutions. Currently at FinQuery, as Senior Advisory, Professional Services, John develops and launches new professional services, owns the creation of policies, procedures, and best practices, and serves as the subject matter expert for all lease accounting services. He spearheads company-wide customer instance transitions, and consults directly with large customers on software implementations for compliance with ASC 842, IFRS 16, GASB 87, and GASB 96. Prior to FinQuery, John was a Lease Accounting Software Consultant at CoStar Real Estate Manager, a Senior Accountant at The Coca-Cola Company, and held accounting positions at AGH, LLC and Roddy, Horsley, Dillon & Gault, LLC. John holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting from Mercer University and a BBA in Accounting, Fraud from Georgia Southern University.
