Bilal Khan, COO & CFO
Covera Health
Bilal Khan is the COO & CFO of Covera Health, a clinical intelligence company that leverages advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to improve the quality of radiology services. Bilal has extensive experience in healthcare technology as both an operator and as an advisor. Prior to Covera, he served as CFO of Twill, guiding the company through years of growth before a successful merger with DarioHealth (Nasdaq:DRIO) in 2024. Before joining Twill, Bilal advised leading technology companies as a senior member of Goldman Sachs TMT investment banking team. He holds a Masters in Finance from the University of South Florida and BA from the University of Florida.

Justin Smith, CFO

As FinQuery’s CFO, Justin Smith oversees capital allocation, financial management, operational efficiency, and investor relations. With almost two decades of experience, he joined in 2023 from Goldman Sachs. At Goldman, Justin advised on IPOs, M&A, and capital raises, and was on Engage Ventures’ investment selection board. He holds a BA from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from The Wharton School.
