Our top priority in 2020 quickly shifted to ensuring the health and well-being of our LeaseQuery team. However, being forced to deviate our focus and our in-office interactions early on didn’t stop us from coming together as a team and accomplishing several exciting goals.
Thanks to the dedication of our colleagues and customers, LeaseQuery won seven awards including #29 on the Inc. 5000 list. We published 50 blogs, hosted nearly 60 educational webinars, and offered 1,139 CPE credit hours. We shared a more in-depth look at various parts of lease accounting with three new industry reports. The LeaseQuery team (now with 112 new members) answered more than 11,000 customer calls and maintained a 99% retention rate throughout the year. Finally, this year wouldn’t be complete without a few too many Zoom call interruptions (34% to be “exact”) from our furry friends and pint-sized family members.
Thank you to all who helped make 2020 a great year for LeaseQuery. We’re looking forward to exciting and hopeful days ahead as we embark on our 2021 journey.
